Shipping & Exchanges Policy

Items are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
If the item is damaged at the time of delivery, we shall inspect the product to verify whether the damage originated from our end. Only then will the product be accepted for exchange.
Customized or discounted items are not eligible for return.

Record a video before opening your package to ensure a quicker approval process for your exchange request.
We ship all our orders through India Post. You can track your delivery status on their website after we share the tracking ID with you.
